Job Title: Customer Service Admin

Location: St. Pauls

Remuneration: £13 per hour

Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time

Duration: Expected at least a Month, Starting this Wednesday the 18th September

If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and administration, our client’s Schools and Family Department has a temporary opportunity for you. As a Customer Service Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the department’s administrative needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our client’s Schools and Family Department with administrative tasks
  • Take ownership of booking trips and events with schools
  • Assist in rebooking and rearranging school trips as needed
  • Effectively communicate changes to schools and handle potential hostility with professionalism
  • Follow up on calls and correspondence in writing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain thorough records of all interactions and information discussed
  • Collaborate with the team to log important details and updates
  • Provide general admin support, which may include handling spreadsheets, filing, copying, and scanning
  • Possibility of extension to assist with HR admin duties, such as data entry and other administrative tasks

Experience/skill set required:

  • Previous experience in both administration and customer service roles
  • Ability to handle push back and manage upset individuals in a professional manner
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

In this role, you will be responsible for managing bookings for school trips and events. You will also assist in rebooking and rearranging trips, ensuring effective communication with schools even in potentially hostile situations.
