The Opportunity:

* Responding to customer queries via email & phone calls.

* Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the customer experience

* Following up on customer requests, providing and sending over quotations.

* Working towards targets of ensuring all open orders meet delivery requirements from the customer.

* Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

You will be passionate about helping others and providing solutions and an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
