iRecruit4 are hiring for a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Swindon. Our client are a leading supplier in their industry and have a reputation for delivering high quality products and excellent customer service.

Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:
* Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
* Answer all customer calls taking full ownership
* Deal with Customer complaints
* Deal with order queries, pricing queries and invoice queries
* Liaise with the team to discuss department priorities and workload and support each other to provide the best possible service to the business
* Weekly order report for Head of Operations and CS&S Manager.
* Managing and using all 3rd party portals and managing customer expectations
* Ensuring all tasks for all roles being undertaken are completed and covered according to tasks, role requirements and job descriptions.
* Assist with any short-term work required within the business.
* Assist Team Leader in meetings when required
Additional Information for the Customer Service Administrator:
* Must be computer literate and knowledge of CRM Systems.
* Previous experience in a process driven and regulated environment
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
* Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workloads.
Salary and Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 09.00 – 17.00
* 30 Minute lunch.
* £27,000 Per Annum
* Rising to £27,675 Per Annum once fully trained.
* Swindon location.
