Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor based in Chingford. The role will be on a temporary to perm basis.
You’ll be responsible:
High volumes of calls liaising with clients, sub contractors, suppliers and supervisors.
Schedule Appointments
Ensuring future jobs are appointed.The ideal candidate will have:
Social housing and repair and maintenance background
Proven experience in scheduling, planning disrepairs, voids, or complex works
Basic building maintenance knowledge
