About the Role

Due to significant growth, we are looking to recruit several outstanding individuals to join our existing staff who make and receive calls in our Coventry office. You will be office-based, and we’ll provide you with full training to ensure you’ve got all the tools for success. After completing our comprehensive training programme, you will be able to:

  • Build rapport with your customers on the phone.
  • Through effective questioning, you will be able to understand customer needs to be able to deliver great service.
  • Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs.

  • Update databases with customer details

The role is based at our offices in Coventry and our operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6:30pm. You will be scheduled to work within those hours.
