AsCustomer Service Advisor, you will be:
- Providing outstanding customer service to their members (and non members) across various touch points includingphone, e-mail, webchat and social media
- Handling queries and complaints from members and non-members
- Promoting and providing advice ona wide range ofproducts and services
- Processing and escalating any customer complaints to ensure a first time resolution
- Supporting other members of your team to ensure a high quality of service to members
I’m really keen to speak to candidates who have experience as aCustomer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Agent, Call Centre Agent, Call Centre Advisor, or Customer Service Representativewithin a busy contact centre environment.
PLEASE NOTE: Salary for this position is up to £24,000 p.a. (depending on experience).
