At Axiom Personnel we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our well established client based in Hackney. This is a full time position based in a great location.

Responsibilities-

* Order processing

* Administration

* Receptionist duties

* Give outstanding service to customers/building relationships with clients

* Taking phone calls/answering emails

* Handling any queries

* Reporting any customer service issues

Key Requirements-

* Must have experience within Customer Service

* Confident/Positive attitude

* IT Literate

* Working in a team environment

The hours for this role are – Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4:30pm

This position is £12.50p/hr
