Customer Service Associate – Wimborne – Up to £25,000Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?Our client, a well-established company in Wimborne, is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their busy and friendly team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone and face-to-face.
  • Process departmental transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide excellent support to customers using online services.
  • Identify potential lead opportunities and support retention efforts.
  • Manage your daily workload, ensuring tasks are completed within set service levels.
  • Assist with system testing and ensure compliance with FCA and PRA regulations.
  • Escalate complaints and issues when necessary.
  • Produce reports and management information as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong PC skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience in mortgages or savings is an advantage.
  • Background in Financial Services is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and provide high levels of customer service.
