Murray Recruitment is recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic and growing team based in Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries, pricing requests, delivery updates, and sample orders via phone and email.
- Processing quotations, sales orders, schedules, and sample requests efficiently.
- Verifying details such as addresses, pricing, discounts, product availability, and transport options.
- Handling credit requests and preparing credit notes where necessary.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Liaising with transport teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery scheduling.
- Supporting sales efforts by promoting stock and encouraging increased sales in collaboration with external teams.
- Performing order book management and schedule clearance tasks.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work well under pressure and use initiative.
- Evidence of effective teamwork and collaboration.
- An excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and email systems.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to attend training events, which may involve travel and overnight stays.
