Customer Service Executive

Luton

Based Monday to Friday on site.

Salary £25k to £27k

Our client is a well established and growing company, currently looking for a passionate customer service candidate to join the in-house team. In return for a competitive salary and benefits. Based on site Monday to Friday! Free parking!

Your duties would be.

  • Managing a portfolio of properties.
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
  • Working closely with external clients such as landlords and contractors
  • Coordinating repairs or work
  • Updating in-house data base
  • General admin

Skills we are looking for –

  • Previous experience within property desirable
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Team player
  • Organised
  • Good IT Skills
