Salary: £20,500 – £22,500 per annum
Location: Kings Hill, Kent (Hybrid Working)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service via telephone and email.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude when engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers.
  • Resolve customer queries effectively and deliver solutions.
  • Accurately update customer records in the internal database.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Service role, or equivalent transferable skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • An excellent telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
