Customer Service Support Analyst- Middlewich – Hybrid – £23k

We are looking for a Permanent Customer Service Support Analyst to work for an industry leading software company.

The position is 5 days p/w on site in Middlewich, paying £23k + benefits.

You will:

  • Provide product support to customers, this could range from payment issues for end users to password resets
  • Comfortable with customer support / service
  • Undergo training on the bespoke product

We are looking for applicants with:

  • Customer facing background
  • Strong communication skills

This position requires no higher level IT skills.
