As a Customer Services Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide outstanding support to our clients in a fast paced environment. From solving problems to processing orders, and from customer education to collaborating with teams, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every interaction is seamless and positive.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Services Executive:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Order Processing – Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
  • Providing excellent customer service: communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist with order placements, tracking, and modifications.
  • Collect feedback to continuously improve our customer experience.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, including training, events, and showroom planning.
