Customs Admin
Customs Admin Responsibilities:

Customs Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare and submit customs documentation (import/export declarations, bills of lading, commercial invoices, etc.) for the clearance of shipments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant customs laws, tariffs, and international trade regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs-related activities.

Coordination with Brokers and Agencies:
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery of goods.
- Provide necessary information for product classification, valuation, and origin documentation to customs authorities.

Tariff Classification & Duty Calculation:
- Classify goods according to tariff coding systems and ensure the correct duties, taxes, and tariffs are applied.
- Monitor and manage duty payments, ensuring that they are paid on time to avoid delays or penalties.

Import/Export Control:
- Ensure compliance with export control regulations, including sanctions and embargoes.
- Manage applications for import/export licenses where required.
- Ensure proper documentation for restricted or controlled goods.
