Data Entry Administration Assistant
Monday – Thursday 8:00-17:00, Friday 8:00-16:00
Our Client is a Central London Based Engineering Company. They are a very positive and enjoyable place to work with a friendly and welcoming team atmosphere. This position, within their central administration department, will involve you supporting specialist administrators managing their construction projects.
This position would typically suit a school leaver with some relevant admin experience.
We are looking for an Administration Assistant with Existing office-based experience, excellent data entry skills and good attention to detail.
Responsibilities and duties will typically include;
* Monitor, Manage and Maintain the Barcoding and Procurement systems
* Generating material lists from fabrication drawings
* Manage Pricelists, weld mapping and general barcoding responsibility
* General Office duties
* Liaise and supply support to the CAD team
* Observe orders placed by the site teams on the purchase portal
* Monitor & update the online portal. (PO’s, Orders, Invoices, New Users)
* Upload price list onto the online portal.
* Address any queried invoices & ensure they match up with the online portal.
* Assist with regular company events i.e. Xmas party, summer events, golf day etc.
* Deal with all office issues i.e. IT, Facilities, etc.
* Assist the Procurement team with everyday tasks and company events
Our client are looking for a positive person, who is a really good communicator and enjoys being part of a busy, friendly team. Any experience of administration with a technical company, construction or Engineering company would be advantageous but is not essential
