Deputy Home Manager -£26,250.00 (Days) REDHILL PERMANENT

Due to the opening of a brand new service in Redhill, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Home Manager or a Senior Support Worker ready for the next stage of your career. The Home is a fantastic facility with first class amenities, in a great location.

The service is a Brand New Supported Living Service for 6 Adults, most of whom are self sufficient.

Shifts are both Earlies and Lates (7am-2.00pm and2.00pm-9pm), working 5 shifts a week. This includes alternative weekends.You must work BOTH early and late shifts and get yor rota one month in advance.

Duties and Responsibilities

A good working knowledge of CQC standards and the Health and Social Act 2008;

You will be tasked with helping to lead and supervising the support and careteams to deliver the highest standards of person centred care.

Its important to understand that this role is not a Monday to Friday 9 5.

You will be supported by the management team.

Please note -at present having a Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
