HOTEL SERVICES DEPARTMENT

DOMESTIC ASSISTANT

Band 2 – £24,647 to £26,763 pro rata

Plus £1,349 Distant Island Allowance pro rata

24.67 hrs per week, Monday to Friday

Permanent Contract

The opportunity has arisen for a Domestic Assistant post, to join our Domestic Services Team within the Day Surgery Unit, Western Isles Hospital, Macaulay Road, Stornoway, Isles of Lewis, HS1 2AF.

The successful candidate will provide will be required to undertake a wide range of cleaning duties associated with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness always ensuring that a high-quality service provision.

To work alongside and support new staff in the working environment.

The successful applicant will be required to register with the PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) Scheme. This post is not eligible for relocation expenses.
