The Duty Manager –
A hands-on natural leader that is financially astute, commercially aware, a great team player with experience in driving sales. Ideally, we are looking to speak to Managers from a high-volume background with large teams. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong branded background to make a move into an independent.
Responsibilities –
- Increase your teams effectiveness through efficient training, coaching and development
- Ensure the venue operates smoothly, with sufficient stock and staff levels at all times
- Oversee the preparation of drinks, making sure they are prepared up to highest standard
- Work with the rest of the management team to ensure the venue is safe and operational
- Keep in line with your KPIs, cash handling, budget and stock control.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for staff and memorable experiences for your guests
- Support with marketing, hiring and rotas
