We are looking for a compassionate and skilled EAL Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic primary school in Croydon. If you have experience supporting children who are learning English as an additional language, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to EAL students to help them access the curriculum
Assist with planning and delivering lessons for EAL learners
Work one-on-one and in small groups to develop English language skills
Support teachers in creating an inclusive, language-friendly environment
Monitor student progress and provide feedbackQualifications:
Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with EAL students
Strong understanding of EAL strategies
Excellent communication skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3, TEFL/TESOL) preferredBenefits:
