Early Years Practitioner – Grantham (Temporary, Immediate Start)
We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to lead a class in a friendly school in Grantham on a temporary basis until the end of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education to take on a leadership role in a supportive environment.
Role Details:
Location: Grantham
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until the end of the academic year
⏰ Hours: Full-time (with additional time provided for paperwork)
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the class and delivering engaging early years education
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
Supporting children’s development through play and structured activities
Completing and maintaining necessary paperwork (with additional time allocated)
Working closely with staff to ensure high-quality early years provision
Requirements:
✔ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
✔ Experience leading a class in an early years setting
✔ Strong organisational skills for completing paperwork
✔ A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
✔ DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
