Application Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in Early Years or Childcare (Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
• A genuine passion for early education and a nurturing approach to child development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.

Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the class teacher and other team members, you will:

• Deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Support children’s development across physical, emotional, and social milestones.
• Create a nurturing and safe environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with daily routines, from snack times to creative play and outdoor activities.
