Reeson Education is looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join nurseries and early years settings in Enfield. If you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and are ready to start immediately, this role is perfect for you!
Role Highlights for an Early Years Practitioner:
- Salary: £80-£100 per day.
- Location: Nurseries and early years settings across Enfield, including areas such as Enfield Town, Edmonton, and Palmers Green.
- Qualifications: Must have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
- Start Date: ASAP, providing an opportunity to make an immediate impact on children’s early learning.
Your Role as an Early Years Practitioner:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children’s development.
- Provide a nurturing environment that fosters children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Work closely with parents and other staff to support each child’s individual needs.
We’re Looking For in an Early Years Practitioner:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential).
- Experience working in an early years or nursery setting, with a strong understanding of child development.
- A caring, patient, and creative approach to working with young children.
