Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Pay: £90-£105 per day

Are you passionate about supporting the development of young children? We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Early Years Practitioner to join a fantastic early years setting in Redbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of children during their most formative years.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in early years settings, with a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- A relevant qualification in childcare (minimum Level 3 or equivalent).
- A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff and engage with parents effectively.
- A proactive attitude and creativity in planning and delivering stimulating activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children in their development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
- Creating a warm and inclusive environment where every child feels safe and valued.
- Assisting in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Monitoring and recording children’s progress, working closely with parents and carers.
- Promoting positive behavior and social skills among the children.
