About the role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioner to join our wonderful Early Years department. This role is perfect for someone passionate about working with young children, creating a nurturing environment, and supporting early childhood development. As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll be an integral part of our team, delivering structured learning and play-based activities tailored to each child’s needs, ensuring that every child has the support and guidance to flourish.

Application Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Early Years Education (Level 2 or above).
• Experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally within a UK school.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a compassionate approach.
• An understanding of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s development and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Encourage positive social interactions, independence, and self-confidence in young learners.
• Support children’s personal care needs, including hygiene, health, and emotional wellbeing.
