Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Southampton
Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full Time OR Part Time
We’re looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join a dynamic team and make a difference in children’s lives!

Support children’s learning and development in a nurturing environment. Work closely with teachers, assist in lesson prep, and help students thrive through one-on-one and group support.

Collaborate with teachers on tailored learning plans
Offer individual and group support to boost academic & social skills
Support positive classroom activities & behaviours
Track children’s progress and provide regular updates
Collaborate with external agencies for comprehensive support
❤️Requirements❤️
Experience in Early Years or similar role
Passion for helping children develop
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Early years education qualifications are a plus
