Early Years Practitioner

An opportunity has arisen for a Early Years Practitioner at an independent childrens day nursery in Putney.

You will be joining an Ofsted outstanding nursery setting in a role which offers support, development and progression opportunities, a starting salary of £12.00 – £14.50 per hour negotiable depending on experience.

Early Years Practitioner – Position Details

Your role will include:

Working as part of a team to provide an enabling environment in which children can play, learn and develop

Preparing and delivering activities in accordance with the EYFS

Observing, supporting and extending childrens learning

Creating individual learning journey records and evaluating key childrens learning and development progress.

You will ideally have:

A level 2 or 3 Nursery Nurse qualification such as NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent

A good understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS framework

Experience as a key worker within an early years setting is desirable but not essential

Good organisational skills
