About the Role:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping children aged 0-5 flourish in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. You’ll work closely with experienced staff to support children’s learning through play, creative activities, and structured sessions — making a real difference in their early years.
What we’re looking for:
A genuine passion for working with young children
Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3) is desirable, but not essential
Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
An enhanced DBS check on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
