Education Support Worker – Full-Time – Greenwich
Are you passionate about supporting children with SEN? We are an education recruitment agency seeking a dedicated Education Support Worker for a full-time role in mainstream and SEN schools across Greenwich.
Role Overview:
* Supporting students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and PMLD, in both mainstream and specialist school settings
* Assisting with classroom activities, learning support, and behaviour management
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to help students engage with learning
* Supporting students with emotional regulation and social development
* Assisting with personal care (if required) and using de-escalation techniques for challenging behaviour
Requirements:
✔ Experience working with children or young adults with SEN
✔ Knowledge of ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or PMLD
✔ Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
