Salary – £13.50/hr

Colten Developments is looking for 3 labourers to work as part of our property refurbishment team.

Duties would include loading out materials, assisting in the strip out of areas under refurbishment, removal of materials for recycling or waste, assisting tradespersons with their duties when needed, collection of materials and leaving all areas clean and tidy at the end of each working day.

You will have the ability to work quickly and in a physically demanding role. Experience of any part of the building trade would be an advantage. A good understanding of health and safety, and the ability to work using your own initiative is highly desirable. A full driving licence and your own motorised transport is essential.
