Due to continued success and growth, a leading aerospace design and manufacturing business based in Farnborough is offering four apprenticeship opportunities. These roles are perfect for individuals with a passion for manufacturing and engineering, seeking a rewarding start to their career.

We are currently recruiting for:

• Quality Apprentice
• Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice
• Maintenance Apprentice
• Logistics Apprentice

The responsibilities of the Apprentice are as follows:

• Throughout your apprenticeship, you will receive hands-on training in your chosen field, along with day-release education, preparing you for a long-term career in the aerospace industry. Key duties include:
• Assisting with various tasks in your department and gaining a solid understanding of aerospace manufacturing and processes.
• Supporting daily operations while learning from experienced engineers and specialists.
• Developing practical skills to contribute to projects and process improvements within the business.

The successful Apprentice will have:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
• Good IT skills.
• A strong interest in manufacturing, engineering, or logistics.
• Experience in a relevant field (desirable but not essential).
