ENGINEERING OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

We are recruiting for an Administrator to work for our client who are based near Brighouse, West Yorkshire.

THE DUTIES:

* Preparing new and revised quotations.

* Processing of new orders from customers.

* Liaise with customers on the telephone & via email.

* Liaise with design and production departments.

* Produce and amend 2D CAD general arrangement layout drawings. – training provided

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

* Familiarity with basic office tasks and computer packages.

* Excellent telephone manner.

* Attention to detail / accuracy with numbers.

* Ability to work well in a team.

* Basic 2D CAD experience preferred not essential

THE HOURS:

Monday-Thursday 7:45am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch + 2 off 15 minutes breaks.

Friday 7:45am to 1:45pm with a 15-minute break.

THE PAY:

You will earn an hourly salary of £11.44 per hour.
