Experienced Kitchen Porters Required in Loughborough.

At Constellation, we are looking for skilled kitchen porters to join us in our location is Loughborough.

You must have 1 year experience as a Kitchen Porter.

Main responsibilities:

– Ensuring all cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils is professionally cleaned before and after use and ensure all service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.

– Cleaning of kitchen work areas during and after use and removal of kitchen waste to the appropriate area.

– Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

– Cleaning and sterilising countertops, kitchen walls, stoves, ovens, grills and sinks

– Cleaning the entire kitchen once it is closed to ensure it is ready for the next day

– Maintaining the food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators

– Receiving deliveries and organising them in the kitchen

– Operating cleaning machinery as shown and trained in accordance with company policy.

– Comply with all company and unit policies with regards to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.

– Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Pay Rate

£12.00 per hour + holiday pay.

Paid weekly.
