Description
We are seeking an experienced Externals Site Manager to oversee the façade and external works on a large residential development in Woolwich. Knowledge of SFS (Steel Frame Systems) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing all external works, including SFS, façade, cladding, roofing, and groundworks.
* Ensuring all work is completed to programme, budget, and quality standards.
* Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth site operations.
* Conducting inspections and ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
* Resolving on-site issues and liaising with project managers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing externals on large residential schemes.
* Strong knowledge of SFS, façade systems, and external envelope construction.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
