Your Duties: Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Connect with candidates, building trust and lasting relationships. Screening & Selection: Review applications, selecting only the most qualified candidates. Compliance & Organisation: Complete background checks accurately to ensure smooth, compliant processes. Client & Candidate Updates: Communicate promptly, building trust through clear, professional updates. Technical Proficiency: Use our recruitment system to keep records organised and accessible. Meet Targets: Adhere to SLAs and KPIs, driving our teams continued success. Your Profile: Customer Focused: Exceptional at building relationships and delivering satisfaction. Clear Communicator: Communicates with transparency and professionalism. Highly Organised: Keeps everything accurate and on track. Tech-Savvy: Confident navigating IT tools. Reliable & Driven: GCSE-level education or higher, with a strong commitment to professionalism and growth. Your Benefits: Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 based on experience. Incentive Scheme: Commission and additional incentive opportunities. On-Call Work: Option to earn more with on-call availability.
