We are seeking calm, resourceful, and enthusiastic individuals to support older people in a proactive and holistic manner. Located a 10-minute walk from North Acton and Harlesden stations, our service consists of 99 flats providing personal care.

You will demonstrate advanced skills in positive communication and engagement, offering unconditional positive regard for our service users. Your role involves supporting individuals to maintain their mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing, and empowering them to achieve their life goals. Flexible hours and working patterns are available.

Creative Support is committed to your professional development. You will receive a full induction and a level 3 certificate in ‘Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care’. After your probationary period, you will be enrolled in the NVQ level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care. Training and development needs can be discussed during regular supervision and appraisal meetings.

You must embrace all aspects of the role, including providing personal care, domestic tasks, and helping individuals access work, education, and social opportunities. We value your personal skills and interests, such as sports, creative arts, music, and cooking.

You will work flexibly on a roster basis, including evenings and weekends. While previous experience is desirable, it is not essential-we value a can-do attitude. You can choose to be paid weekly or monthly.
