We are seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to join a Young People’s supported living facility Telford. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential care, mental health and a passion for providing high-quality care and support to young people.
Requirements:
* Female only position
* Experience with young adults with mental health, complex and challenging behaviour
* Full UK Driving licence desireable
* Clear DBS

* Create a safe and nurturing environment for young adults
* Support young people through their daily routines
* Act as a role model
* Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
* Following Care plans and Risk Assessments
* Communicating with residents and colleagues
