We are looking to welcome a compassionate, flexible, and motivated Female Waking Night Support Worker to our Whitfield Lodge service in St Helens. The ideal candidate will be a warm, organised, caring and flexible individual and able to provide practical and emotional support to staff and service users.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver personal care and support with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning. Assist individuals in leading fulfilling, valued lives and actively participating in the community. Support service users in gaining independence, confidence, and competence in daily living skills, money management, social skills, and more. Work collaboratively with families and professionals to provide consistent, individual-focused care. Demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
Requirements: Experience is desirable but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others is essential.
