Description

I am looking for an experienced Finance Administrator for my client based in the Keighley area due to expansion. You will be joining a small team of 3 and the role is 100% office-based, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (there can be some flexibility around these hours).

Main duties

  • Analysing data and uploading courier recharges
  • Setting up and maintaining customer files and accounts
  • Credit Control duties
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Office management including placing orders for office and customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial compliance.
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties as required

About you:

  • Previous experience in finance administration (Essential)
  • Proficiency in using Excel (Essential)
  • Proficiency in using Mintsoft software and tools. (Preferred)
  • Experience in using a ticket system (Preferred)
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. (Essential)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. (Essential)
