Salary: £25,000 – £28,000Location: Hornsey (N8)Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Are you super organised, love working with details, and enjoy keeping things in order? If so, we’ve got the perfect role for you! We’re looking for someone to join our team in Hornsey (N8) to help with our financial admin and keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keeping Records in Tip-Top Shape: You’ll be in charge of managing both digital and physical records, making sure everything is stored securely and can be easily found when needed. If you love organising, this is your time to shine!
  • Managing Documents: You’ll help with retrieving, scanning, and distributing important financial documents. Whether it’s keeping things up-to-date or archiving old files, you’ll make sure everything is handled efficiently.
  • Handling Invoices and Payments: From organising invoices to tracking payments, you’ll be keeping an eye on the paperwork to make sure everything is processed correctly and on time.
  • Working with the Team: You’ll work closely with the finance and admin teams to keep all records accurate and up-to-date. You’ll also provide regular updates on what’s done and what still needs attention.
  • General Admin Support: On top of your other tasks, you’ll help out with general admin duties like answering phones, replying to emails, scheduling meetings, and prepping documents for financial audits.
  • Data Entry: You’ll make sure all financial data is entered accurately into our accounting software so we can keep everything running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Detail-Oriented: You love to dot the i’s and cross the t’s, with strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Experience: It would be great if you’ve worked in admin or records management before, but don’t worry if you haven’t – we’re happy to help you get settled.
  • Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable using office software like Microsoft Office and can pick up new systems easily.
  • Team Player: You can work on your own, but you’re also great at working with others when needed.
  • Proactive Attitude: You’re always looking for ways to improve processes and aren’t afraid to jump in and get things done.
