About the Role of FloorSupervisor

We are currently recruiting for a full time Floor Supervisor in our busy restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have many of the following qualities:

Supervise and lead the restaurant floor team
Provide a high level of customer service, leading by example to our younger staff
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Be able to work in a fast, busy environment working in all areas of the floor
Understanding health and safety issues
Accuracy in cash handling
Be able to lock up the building at the end of the night
Have previous experience in a similar role
