Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food and Nutrition Teacher to join their lovely team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. You will inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential and develop a love for Food and Nutrition.
Key responsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons.Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive space.Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).Experience teaching Food and Nutrition at secondary school level.Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Food and Nutrition.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilitiesCommitted to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
