Your day to day

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will report to the Restaurant, Bar & Events Manager and you will be the face of our Hotel with your customer service-oriented personality, and great communication skills.

You will be liaising directly with our valued guests face-to-face, creating a memorable check in and out experience, settling their accounts, responding to phone queries and reservations, as well as demonstrating strong knowledge of the hotel and local area. Youll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home, all whilst delivering on our passion to Make Guests Smile.

What we need from you

An ideal candidate will have

Previous experience in a Hotel or customer service role,

A passion for making guests smile and delivering a memorable experience,

Have experience with hotel systems such as Micros,

Strong attention to detail, good communication and organisational skills,

The ability to form genuine connections with guests and colleagues,

A true passion for our brand and be an ambassador for Holiday Inn and IHG.

Look smart wear your uniform with pride and adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards

A candidate must have

Flexible availability morning, evening, weekend and Public Holiday shifts are all part of the job, and

A legal right to work in the UK.
