Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and process multimodal freight shipments.
• Book shipments with shipping lines, agents, and hauliers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by tracking shipments and keeping clients informed.
• Handle customs clearance processes for both imports and exports.
• Create orders, negotiate rates, and manage invoices to maximise profit margins.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in multimodal freight forwarding operations.
• Knowledge of customs clearance processes is preferred but not essential.
• Strong understanding of transport and global logistics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Robust negotiation skills to secure the best deals.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
