Our client is a global leader in their industry and is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
– Management of current customer accounts
– Handling a high volume of inbound phone calls
– Building and maintaining relationships with carriers and customers
– Providing exceptional customer service to clients and carriers
– Resolving customer and carrier issues
– Providing quotes, arranging bookings and taking payments
– Demonstrating excellent multitasking skills and proficiency in computer software
– Representing the company in a professional manner and serving as a role model to other employees
