Are you an experienced Administrator / Order Processor with excellent Customer Service skills? We are recruiting for a Business Administrator to join our successful team on the outskirts of Glasgow City Centre.
We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who has the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy and attention to detail are key. We require the candidate to have previous experience and they must have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Job duties:
* Answer phone calls and emails professionally and in a timely manner
* Provide a pro-active approach to customer service
* Provide administrative support to our sales team to maximising their productivity
* Learning our order process system
* Create quotations
* Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
* Manage customer expectations throughout the order process, making them aware of any extended lead times
* Work with customers to progress orders, arranging payments and sending order confirmations
* Check the progress of orders with suppliers and our inhouse production to ensure customers are aware of any delays immediately
* Client record housekeeping
