Description
General Labourer/ Driver required for a Guildford based Transport service cleint.
The general labourer must have a clean driving licence and be aged over 21 years. – will be required to drive tool vans to sites on occasions.
Please note that this role will be physically demanding as it will involve moving heavy items such as jibs, hooks, chains etc.
You must have a checkable clean criminal record due to working on classified/confidential sites from time to time.
The perfect candidate will be level headed and mindful of Health & Safety procedures.
The opportunity for progression is great in this role – the client wishes to train the labourer to HGV, FLT, HIAB etc – Looking at a salary of £45-50K with 3-5 years!!!.
Starting salary will be £26K
Working hours will be 7am – 14.00/ 15.00. Monday-Friday
