A nationwide Property Management company is on the lookout for someone to manage the day to day maintenance of a large new development, they’ve recently acquired.
No two days are the same in this dynamic and hands-on role! You’ll be managing property maintenance, coordinating inspections, and ensuring repairs (planned and ad-hoc) are completed smoothly.
From minor fixes to end-of-tenancy touch-ups; whether it’s booking access appointments with tenants, handling admin, or liaising with contractors – you’ll keep everything running like clockwork. If you love variety, problem-solving, and keeping a building in top shape, we’d love to hear from you!
Salary starts at £25,000 + bonus + benefits. Higher salaries can always be discussed!
Working hours are 9am-5pm Monday -Friday (no on-call work required).
