Tony Benger Landscaping is looking for areliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operativeto join their team. This varied role includes:
Duties
- General labouring duties
- Fencing installation and repairs
- Laying slabs and groundwork
- Garden and lawn maintenance
- Using power tools and hand tools safely
- Mowing, trimming, planting
- Inspecting outdoor areas and reporting maintenance needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Confident in operating various power tools and hand tools.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of maintenance are met.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
