Labourer / General Operative – Immediate Start
Location: Sheffield S6 1NL
We are currently seeking a Labourer / General Operative to join our client’s team in Sheffield. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and potentially upskill to a Paint Sprayer or Fabricator role, as many of the senior staff started in this position and have been with the company for over 15 years.
Role Details:
* Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour
* Overtime: Time and a half after 37.5 hours (overtime is limited for this role)
* Working Hours:
* Monday – Thursday: 8am – 4pm
* Friday: 7:30am – 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Cutting steel and moving materials
* General tidying and cleaning duties around the site
* Carrying out typical labouring tasks to support the team
Requirements:
* Previous labouring experience preferred but not essential
* Keen to learn and develop into a Paint Sprayer or Fabricator
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to work as part of a team
