Description
PRS are seeking to recruit for a General Service Assistant/Driver based in Newcastle, you will mainly be working front-of-house. You will support day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages alongside till work, cleaning dining areas and supporting both front and back of house areas. You will provide excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site. The driving responsibilities include transporting of other team members to and from work and delivering stores to other locations on site. You will be responsible for the cleaning of the vehicles used, careful and accurate recording of mileage, receipts and daily vehicle checks reporting of any issues to your line manager.
The role is temporary ongoing with a potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be working 35 hours per week, over a variety of 5 days from 7, predominantly Monday – Friday, occasional weekends, and later shifts when functions are on. Shift times range from 05:30am – 1.30pm. The hourly rate is £12.21.

You will be serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring all health and safety and food safety protocols are adhered to, and excellent customer service is always provided.
Stocking up, stock rotation, facing up, spot cleaning, cleaning dining and serving areas, both front and back of house.
Operating the till and processing cash and card payments, ensuring you process any financial records accordingly. You will also be serving on the food counters and upselling products/sizes.
Washing of pots, pans and crockery.
Safe delivery of team members to and from work adhering to all driving regulations.
Cleaning inside and out of site vehicles.
Previous customer facing / food service experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site.
For this role you must be 18+ (due to the legal age restrictions for some of the products).
Must have eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 3 years.
Security checks are required for this role.
Must have reliable transport due to the location of the site and no public transport.
Ideally candidates will hold a DBS or be willing to undertake one if successful in the role.
